  1. It's karma for Mexican gymnasts now... both with many errors in their last Pan Am Games. Saddest thing there is no young competitor close to what both, Galindo and Díaz, achieved in their time.
  2. Well, I'm sorry about that. I won't comment further.
  3. I know, and tomorrow they may take another one in women's pistol
  4. Mexico into handball semi finals We'll end up in 4th, but this a young team. Probably next time they could challenge for the medal.
  5. Wow Fainberg So young, yet she looks very severe. Probably the music selection had some part in it, but she's a rising star.
  6. What's the record in that field?
  7. Wonder Natalia. I think she can upset Feeley and aim for an all around medal... in fact Uchida and Fainberg also have a chance of doing that. Now it was Ruth Castillo's swan song, "My way"... the oldest competitive gymnast in the world... to bad a mistake will mostly take her chances of getting in the final.
  8. It also happened yesterday in diving. Seems organizers forgot some "minor" details. Now, Gaudio's turn
  9. According to Marca Claro's comentator, it seems to be a problem with the scoring system, as the notes are not being computed properly to the central system.
  10. I know, why the hell are they taking so long. The competition will drag on forever.
  11. Cusnier won't star in rhythmic gymnastics @thiago_simoes. She have some beautiful lines, and is elegant imo
  12. If I recall correctly he did quite well at CAC Games last year, until jumping
  13. Yes... MQS is really low, up until 9th place in qualifications had the standard.
  14. I have made my opinion in the last 17 years. I'm not lying, Cuban sportspeople in general have no respect for sportmanship or fairness when things don't go the way they like. Do I remind you the sad spectacle of Valodia's kick to the referee at the 2008 Olympic Games? Like I say, there are a fair number of Cuban athletes whose performances speak for themselves, and which I admire, but in combat sports or appreciation sports I really don't support them.
  15. Well our track sprinters suck... our main chance for another medal in cycling will be both madison events and the women's omnium.
  16. That's why I never support Cuba in any sport (but I support a few individuals). They are arrogant, like to play the victim and prone to cheap tricks to get referees do their bidding. I'm so used of seeing that at Central American and Caribbean level, that, any gold taken from them is a smile for me.
  17. BTW, my respect to the Canadian women's pursuit team for their galantry. They could have catch Mexico earlier, but they decided to let them race as much as they could, since Canada new their time would be better, unless a technical failure. Unlike the US who just catched Colombia at the start of the race.
  18. Their graphic is automatized... once they read a better time than the others, the team in question automatically shows them as qualified for gold.
  19. Wow Marca Claro comentator is an idiot... he thinks Canada has lost because they didn't finish. He is not aware once Canada reached Mexico they have already won
  20. Now Peru's just delaying Chile... please UCI, return to the former "heats" system
  21. Well, what I don't understand is this absurd format... before when elimination round was contested, the team overlaping the other was the winner and advanced a further round, that what this was called pursuit.
  22. Yey Now for Gaxiola/Salazar to avoid further technical troubles.
  23. Just praying this doesn't happen to Trinidad & Tobago
  24. Oh come... get it together... all day long, trouble with the starters in track.
  25. I was taking a look at the historic medal table, and apart from & , the countries that have been more time without any medals are: since 1979 since 1995 since 1999
