Bad news guys. My dad went back to the hospital yesterday. He had stomach pain, was throwing up a lot, and was extremely sick. Doctors have said he’ll probably be out in around a week, which is good but ugh.

Shoko Miyata, the captain of the women’s team will miss out on the Olympics due to underage smoking. Yes, it’s been confirmed for quite a while now if you look through the Swimming Canada Olympic nomination procedure. It states something along the lines of “if you have the OQT and finish top two at Trials, then you can race in that event at the Olympics”
