Police initially did nothing, but now is stopping the protesters. Didn't mentioned Lula, thanked his voters and briefly critized the left-wing in Brazil. He plans to travel by the end of the year and won't be present at Lula's inauguration (which would be the first president to do so since the end of military dictatorship 37 years ago).
