Yep, it's Mozzarella not cheese.. if a Pizzeria will use a cheese on the pizza i think that we'll a riot  I'm from Campania, where the pizza is born.. in really i'm from Salerno and we usually use Provola (it's like Mozzarella, a bit better )

Well yeah croissants are usually eaten the day they are purchased, you go to the bakery in the morning and you eat it for breakfast, mmmmh

I think for me it's because I LOVE pineapples and to put them on a pizza seems just wrong. But each to their own
