Much depends on Germany – on paper, it should still be a 2/3 powers on Winter OG, on par with the USA. The problem for them is their recent decline in biathlon. btw.: was there a lot of talk in China about the fact that China was in 3rd place in the medal table in 2022, but after 2 years the USA took that place, or does no one pay attention to it after all these years? -

They must have. IRRC In the 1980s it was far easier to get to the Games, without limits to number of participants or certain minimum standards. -

Not worse than our team. will do well to avoid relegation. What a terrible start we have had, losing all 4 matches at home & then losing to away. Hopefully this spirited result against will turn things around for us & give some confidence.
