Not another judo disappointment for Japan after London, please.

 

Congrats to Italy though, not long ago I remember somebody saying Italian judo was in ruins.

Wow, Italy won tons of surprising medals already, i wish we could win at least one of them. Its very interesting that Italy is suddenly so good in judo, i never thought that they could win even single medal.

Giuffrida is very good not from today, she was an outsider but a medal from her is not a big surprise. Basile and also Elios Manzi are 2 very talented young boys, nobody expected a gold medal, but here in italy we knew that both of them can win with everybody.In the last months they have been among the best judokas in their categories
