  1. Updated after Event #18 (Biathlon - W Sprint) Germany 18 medals in 18 events Coming up next: Alpine Skiing - W Downhill, Biathlon - M Sprint (Sat Feb 11th)
  2. I changed the name of this thread, because I want it to be a simulation, not a medal summary. E.g. there will be one athlete per NOC in judo, one bronze medal in fencing ind events... etc...
  3. List of events coming up in 2023 you can obviously find here: https://totallympics.com/qualification-tracker/paris-2024/world-championships-medal-counts-in-the-road-to-paris-2024/2023-world-championships-in-the-road-to-paris-2024-r675/
  4. Added - Skateboarding - M Street (day 1) and W Street (day 2) Coming up next in 2023: W Boxing WCH - Mar 27 - Apr 9 In the meantime, I will add some results from 2022 - in sports where there are no WCH in 2023
  5. That's really really sad. And how's Braathen? Will he be there next week?
  6. Updated after Event #14 (M Alpine Combined). Coming up next: Wed 08/02/2023 Alpine Skiing - W SuperG Biathlon - Mixed Relay
  7. I know noone interested about it but to sum things up concerning what MY opinion is: - i wouldn't like to see BLRUS athletes in Paris starting as independent athletes or anything; I don't want to see them there at all, - i think they will be there due to some IOC/Macron decision - Yugoslavia'92 style, - i think if they aren't there - the risk of BLRUS spoiling the games somehow will increase dramatically, I am afraid of computer system failure, terrorist attacks or some other political issues (the worst-case scenario: increasing the war so dramatically that we should stop the games because they wouldn't matter anymore), - i think if they are here - I HOPE NOONE BOYCOTT THIS THING, because it would be a shame for the athletes from NOCs who didn't start this damn thing - but on the other hand, I don't see how BLRUS athletes could perform against UKR in combat sports above all. Ofc i am biased here, not at all objective, very subjective. The reason is simple - this war affects many of my UKR friends very much, and somehow, me-myself as well, but that's a long story. I know, I haven't protested this way about other wars before, I know... But i must admit that previously I was AGAINST (and i wrote it here at TOTALL many times) a ban for RUS athletes who didn't dope themselves, thinking that this kind of collective responsibility is unjustified. But here i am against their participance, because STATE-ORGANIZED DOPING is one thing and such a WAR is another one, even if “barking of NATO at the door of Russia” might have led to it (...that's sarcasm, the last part). And above all: and i will repeat myself here; I really don’t care about Paris 2024 that much, what I care is how to stop this f... war and THE PROBLEM IS I am sure that allowing BLRUS to participate will not help to stop the war at all, as things stand today. It may only help to stop this war for some 2,5 weeks in summertime 2024, but next day BLRUS are back in business, they'll continue what they like to do so much, mark my words.
  8. I wonder how many more NOCs we will get here before the end of this series...

  13. Sorry for the delays here, but I just need to watch the events I'm interested in first ;-) Which is hard to do LIVE, specially on weekdays. So there will be no alpine update until late evening hours today...
  14. Thanks! I will defenitely need some luck here. And a looooot of free time. We'll see how it goes. So far I've been rather lucky man, but very busy one ;-)
  15. Sports law? Yes, exactly. And believe me, you can make a lot of money here if you know sports law. As an attorney-at-law or sth similar. Endorsement deals, doping cases, CAS, sport meetings organization, sports events transmitions in TV or internet etc., etc... Which things are translated? Generally speking, BLRUS in Paris or not, boycott or not, doping issues and match-fixing are the hot topics here now. Some people use this forum to prepare their texts, some of them even in the most popular Polish websites and press, and i think this is good. Hopefully one day they will mention totallympics.com as their source as well...
  16. @Vojthas you share some interesting info on your twitter account, thanks! Szymon Ziółkowski's recent words are particularly interesting.
  17. For the last few days I have seen some info (some posts) from totallympics.com almost copied/pasted in Polish sport press & websites. Well, maybe I'm a lunatic, but I believe that my effort in promoting this forum among Polish journalists, coaches, official and athletes can bear fruit... And among some lawyers who specialize in sports law :-)))))
  18. For me, personally, the biggest value is: you will not have to click on many subpages, everything will be there in first 18 posts in this thread or even 3 posts - one for invitation, second for the results, third for the medal table...
  19. Yes, but i will be doing this through the whole Year 2023 so we can get such a medal table - day by day - in December. I will be adding all the 2023 wch in olympic events successfully. In some sports, when there are no 2023 wch i think i will add 2022 wch resuls, but i haven't decided on it yet, I wonder what you think? In some sports when there are no wch, i am thinking about other Tier I events, like: Tennis - French Open 2023 (because we will play at Roland Garros in the olympics ofc) Men's Golf - Masters in Augusta 2023??? Anyway, we will see, but i like this project, and i really think it is sth different than what Sindo & co. is doing. So we can do these two projects seperetaly and noone gets hurt.
  20. Updated after Event #13 - W Alpine Combined There is no confirmation that it will be an olympic event in 2026 though Coming up next - M Alpine Combined (today - Tue, Feb 7th)
