Nope, same for everyone. Hence why I've been rather strongly against for example Dafne Schippers in athletics ever since (mostly) her Rio 2016 antics and shoe-throwing nonsense. That's what raised the most curiousity I've never seen it in other countries by the way, although maybe other South Americans do it as well (which I don't really watch much outside of the World Cup).
