Rafael van der Vaart on Dutch TV talking about Pepe (they played together at Real Madrid): "Everyone hates him because he has kicked everything that moves, but really, and you won't believe it by just watching his matches, but once you get to know him you'll see he's the sweetest and kindest guy you can imagine."
I remember one involving I believe Nigeria, at a World Uxx championships, where I believe half the teams went twice Somewhere around roughly 2010 or so I'd guess.
Hahaha, if you take penalties like Spain did, you truly deserve this
What's with those idiotic players nowadays who don't run for a penalty, but take some half-ass steps and weakly move the ball towards the goal? Surely they don't want to score then?
I think my dad is taking a few trains earlier to get back from work today, like so many other Dutch cities Amersfoort is also not exactly going to be the place to be later this afternoon..
It's just that none of them wants to play for the national team, judging by...you know, none of the 'good players' being in the national team, apparently.
Just noticed it now, but what's with this weird schedule where CRO - BRA is on Friday already, whereas the quarter finalists who played a day earlier get to play their QF a day later?
Now in both semi's you'll have one team which had almost a week rest and another which had just four days...
I mean, if you had bet on a combination of the scores of all first four 1/8th finals, you'd get odds of at least well over 20.000, but possibly up to 45.000 or so, meaning 2 reais would turn into 40 to 90 thousand reais
Koreans will be totally unmotivated by now of course, Brazil should substitute their star player Richarlison and probably consolidate the score....super sleepy 2nd half incoming
I'll keep an eye on how my brother in law develops if his plan of moving to Portugal ever goes through
At least those that I know who moved to Europe but not Portugal are basically the opposite of the kind of people you described..
