Happy New Year!!!! I really enjoy to be a member on Totallympics. 

Merry christmas everyone. 24th is the main day for Sweden. We are eating christmas food and give each other christmas presents. We have a tradition to watch Donald Duck and his friends on tv.

Well. Off to church in a moment (that one day a year for a lot of Danes) and then Christmas really starts with Swedish christmas lunch (we do Swedish Christmas eve and Danish Christmas day), TV advent calendars, Disney Christmas show and later plenty of cake.

Philadelphia Flyers forward Oskar Lindblom, 23 yo, has been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, a bone cancer. He will be out for the rest of the season 2019-2020 for more testes and treatment. 
 
so sad news. I wish him a fast recovery.

Wohooo. Sweden is qualified to Euro 2020. Today they won against Romania 2-0. 

Wooooow 3rd place!!!! I'm so happy. Thank you for the votes for ABBA. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to like my choice. It is old but I was proven wrong.

Yes Ice hockey and Bandy are very popular in Sweden too. But Football is still the National sport. 

Sjostrom apparently collapsed after the race.

"I'm happy we lost the bronze medal game". Comments like this was made by the english players after the game against Sweden. Sorry but England have the worst attitude I have ever seen in sports. Sorry I have no respect at all for England. What a bunch of losers. So happy Sweden beat them.

Sweden deserves to host Winter Games. But with corrupt IOC it will never happen. 

The former UEFA president Lennart Johansson passed away yesterday at age 89. He should has been FIFA president instead for Blatter. Johansson should has been much better. RIP swedish legend.

So yeah.... Apparently somewhat 10,000 hockey fans were celebrating in the marketplace in Helsinki last night. That was just Helsinki alone 

Across Finland tens of thousands finns had the urge to gather to the marketplace ( Look up "Torilla tavataan" meaning  ).  We sure love it when Finland wins gold medals in ice hockey 

We shall make somewhat history today & beat Canada twice in the same tournament
