  1. Price-Pejtersen was only 6 minutes slower than Anguilla.
  2. Bjerg is, in a nutshell, U23 version of Evenepoel.
  3. Going by yesterday's results, Knotten is now surely the winner.
  4. And that is why you should slow down before coming into the water....
  5. Australia is destroying Chinese Taipei in what could prove to be a decisive match. For whatever reason it was scheduled for the opening round...
  6. I'm hoping that home field advantages gives Andorra the edge.
  7. Aaaand we drop to 52nd place with one month to go. I guess it's not really surprising, as we have only a handful cyclists who hardly ever race. But it's just frustrating. I wonder if we can qualify in 10 sports this time...
  8. Ivan Kizimov http://www.eurodressage.com/index.php/2019/09/23/ivan-kizimov-passed-away
  9. Miroslav Trunda was victorious at CCI4*-S in Minsk, earning himself new 41 points. Following this success, it looks like Czech Republic may qualify as much as two individuals in eventing. And they probably will get two individuals, once Thailand fails to obtain MERs and Russia gets a composite team... Czechs could have been serious contenders for team qualification as well, but I guess Tokyo came a year too soon. Still, it's impressive how they all of a sudden have a bunch of good riders and quality horses.
  10. Medal for North Macedonia
  11. Oh, no... They are using loops for time trial. Hello 6 hours long competitions...
  12. Essentially, yes. Israel and Italy brought players of their own heritage. It's not like they were giving nationalities to literally anybody just to increase their chances. If their aim was just to have the strongest possible team, they would have ditched the heritage principle instantly (much like Qatar and Azerbaijan did)...
  13. Yes, it is primarily about ethnicity, just like with Italian-Americans and Irish-Americans. But, like I already said, it always seems so easy for people to hate Israel.
  14. How very unexpected winner.
  15. Final results: 106.50 131.00 146.90 148.20 153.00 166.80 167.50 174.20 The end was very dramatic. Netherlands was on the way to 2nd or 3rd place, which would probably secure Olympic qualification, but then disaster struck as Tim Lips took a dive on the final water. So, this is how the Olympic qualification battle looks like now (discard scores are listed in brackets). 320 (45) 305 (50) 300 (0) Final stage in Boekelo will be held using the new Olympic format, meaning teams of 3 + substitutions.
  16. Another tough defeat coming up for Italy. Maybe they should bring de Niro next time.
  17. Heffernan picked up a refusal two fences from home... This could prove very expensive for the Dutch.
  18. Looks like this event was postponed... For two months. https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/venue.ashx?cshipid=2655
  19. You can stop doing the calculations, as South Africa is expectedly being outclassed by the Israelis.
  20. Which makes her participation in this useless competition a total waste of effort...
  21. First quota for .
