    The voice sounds like the same guy that called the Diggins/Randall race in 2018. According to nbcolympics.com, it's Drew Lilley and Steve Robillard. I'm streaming it now. Biathlon without Chad Salmela doesn't do it for me anymore!

    It's almost like they saw the conditions at a long of the venues in PyeongChang and Beijing was like "here, hold my beer." I really hope these Siberian winds don't wreak havoc on the schedule like it did with the alpine events 4 years ago

    Ski jumping is underway. The first skier up is 17 years ago. Which means he was not yet alive when Simon Ammann won his first gold medal. And this is the first Olympic normal hill with no Noriaki Kasai since 1988. I'm old

    They had some snow events at night, including the halfpipe, no doubt for the benefit of American television. I don't see any reason to think we won't see plenty of events at night.

    Seriously. Did no one realize it would be cold in China? Probably wanted the events a little later so they could be at night (and friendlier times in Europe), plus so they don't clash as much with cross-country
