  1. Assuming the W Mass Start stands, here is the final table for SLC (also updated in Post 2 above): Event Gold Silver Bronze Men 500m 1 Jordan Stolz Damian Zurek Gao Tingyu 500m 2 Jenning De Boo Yevgeniy Koshkin Kim Jun-Ho 1000m Jordan Stolz Damian Zurek Jenning De Boo 1500m Jordan Stolz Ning Zhongyan Finn Sonnekalb 5000m Timothy Loubineaud Metodey Jilek Sander Eitrem Mass Start Jorrit Bergsma Felix Maly Antoine Gélinas-Beaulieu Team Pursuit United States Norway China Women 500m 1 Femke Kok Erin Jackson Yoshida Yukino 500m 2 Femke Kok Erin Jackson Lee Na-Hyun 1000m Jutta Leerdam Femke Kok Beatrice Lamarche 1500m Joy Beune Antoinette Rijpma-De Jong Ragne Wiklund 3000m Joy Beune Valerie Maltais Ragne Wiklund Mass Start Mia Manganello Valerie Maltais Bente Kerkhoff Team Pursuit Japan Canada United States Medal Count: 1) 7-2-2--11 2) 5-2-1--8 3) 1-0-1--2 4) 1-0-0--1 5) 0-3-2--5 6) 0-2-0--2 7) 0-1-3--4 8) 0-1-2--3 9) 0-1-1--2 10) 0-1-0--1 10) 0-1-0--1 12) 0-0-2--2
  2. Results now showing what we thought... in first. But interestingly, a 0.0 lap for Lap 16 for everyone. Maybe error in ringing the bell or something?
  3. People I don't envy: The Japanese selection committee...how are they going to pick only three women? They have so many great skaters!
  4. If they only did 15 laps, how did they win the sprint points? Edit: Nevermind...they could have been ahead the other times, but in the last lap, stopped one lap too early? Is that what happened? Sucks if so...USA would've been first! (How does that happen?)
  5. The W Mass Start a little boring such that the website broke
  6. And with a time of 33.79, it's not because he skated slow...just the others brought their A-game! (Looking at those times, he only beat that time once, back at WCh in 2024!)
  7. I can only assume the fall by Koo affected Gao , who finished in 14th.
  8. Stolz off the podium...but still walking away with 3 gold medals
  9. De Boo only .02 away from WR
  10. Kok flies to a new WR...finishing about a half second ahead of Jackson !
  11. Looking forward to seeing how Chock and Bates do against only the top teams...love their routine, but Cizeron and Fournier outscored them in the first GP performance.
  12. ! WR for M Team Pursuit!!! More than a second ahead of the previous WR (also from USA, at least per Wikipedia).
  13. The third skater for losing energy, allowing to take bronze.
  14. And another good day for the American women in Levi for the Slalom. Shiffrin with Gold, Moltzan in 4th. AJ Hurt DNFed. The men? That's another story.
  15. That was a messy Men's free program... But I do love the music that Tomono Kazuki uses for his program. And Vladimir Litvintsev has a very unique FP!
  16. And Team Peterson locked it in yesterday for the Women. They were the squad who went to Beijing in 2022 and finished sixth...all the best at the OQE! (Also, nice to have someone else posting in the Team USA club, @Quaker2001!)
  17. Two days in...the Dutch women have taken the 4 gold medals so far, and Jordan Stolz is 3 for 3!
  18. Truls, the Lebruns, Hugo, and many other non-Chinese men would beg to differ! (The women are another story.)
  19. Paula Moltzan with an impressive second run to boost her from 19th to 4th! Mikaela was the only one to beat her time in Run 2. Gold for !
  20. Team USA 2026 Men - Casey Dawson (1500,5000,10000, TP), Jordan Stolz (500,1000,1500,MS), Ethan Cepuran (MS, TP), Zach Stoppelmoor (500), Emery Lehman (1500, TP), Cooper McLeod (500,1000), Conor McDermott-Mostowy (1000) Women - Erin Jackson (500,1000), Sarah Warren (500), Brittany Bowe (1000,1500,TP), Greta Myers (1500,MS,TP), Mia Manganello (MS), Giorgia Birkeland (TP) History In 2022, the USA earned 1 gold and 2 bronzes, which was an increase for us. The Netherlands generally dominates this sport. We have Jordan Stolz for the men, and he's got a great chance of earning multiple medals. We'll see!
  21. I can't see anything. I haven't cross-checked each event with the schedule, however. Also, one other change...baseball is now starting Day -1, moving things up a day.

  23. Very true! Also found this article, talking about how the athletics schedule is cramping some people's style: https://www.dailynews.com/2025/11/12/la-2028-olympics-schedule-dashes-sydney-mclaughlin-levrones-double-gold-dreams/
