Sure. There is no specific rule for reallocation quota obtained at the World Qualification Tournament. So it's decision of ISSF and IOC

There is no special list. But order to enter two events, you need to have at least 1 rating in the Olympic rankings in both events. There can be many athletes with two starts, a common practice for the rifle event, less in the pistol and vary rare for shotgun.

The qualification system does not have rule for the reallocation of quotas from the Final Olympic Qualification Championship, since it does not have the status of the World Championship and the Continental Championship. How maximum 2 quota places through Continental Qualification rule work here? In the qualification system there is no clear definition of the maximum quotas possible to receive through reallocation. Only indicating 4 maximum per NOC. Or I'm wrong?

Wouldn't the distribution of quotas in Taekwondo be based on the Olympic rankings? Logically, the quota should go to Uzbekistan? Taekwondo +80kg from AIN to UZB (Rafalovich Nikita)
