  1. Bowling and racquetball have been added back on the sports program.
  2. Canada will be sending 157 athletes Some very big names on the list, including the entire diving team which just competed at the Worlds in Singapore. https://www.instagram.com/p/DND7daetkF9 A way bigger team than four years ago, but still relatively small as the COC decided not to compete in some sports, while limiting the ones selected with quotas.
  3. The team will consist of 157 athletes! Some very big names on the list, including the entire diving team which just competed at the Worlds in Singapore. https://www.instagram.com/p/DND7daetkF9
  4. The results system for the event in Montreal shows 3:32.38 as the time for Foster Malleck in the 1500m. Not entirely sure if that is correct.
  5. Final golf quotas: x 4 (two per gender) x2 men x 2 women x 2 (one per gender) x 1 man Not all quotas used; declined all spots
  6. Alysha Newman is taking a break, but will be back
  7. Hes is an alum of the RBC Training Ground program.
  8. The 2025 Canada Games start on Saturday. I will be there and I hope to see some of Canada's next stars https://cg2025.gems.pro/
  9. Nathan Nash with a 5th place finish at the U17 worlds. He lost his semi and bronze medal matches by 1-2 points.
  10. Oliver Dawson was 2 years old when the NR for the medley relay was set, now he is part of the team that broke it
  11. Unfortunately can't see any improvement in any of the legs, unless Dawson has a killer swim. Too bad the NAB team are competing.
  12. Do you think the men have a chance at top 5? Also curious to see Wigginton's performance here, he will be the last swimmer to swim for Canada.
  13. Still a NR! But imo she should go for a shorter distance. It seemed like she lost steam at the end.
  14. Canada has 6 4th place finishes (across all disciplines), almost the same as medals
  15. Ruck also has the 50 free semis. It would be risky, but bringing in both could push Canada into medal territory
  16. will host the next Commonwealth Youth Games in 2027. Sailing and Water polo (wtf?) will be contested for the first time.
  17. Is he training under Dylan Armstrong?
  18. Devin Heroux doesn't think they will bring in any new names for the final
  19. Badminton draws have been made: https://www.panamsports.org/en/news-sport/badminton-draw-ready-for-asu-2025/ The #1 men's seed is the Senior Pan Am Champ
