  1. Trusova quad combine & the second quad in the second half of the programme alone (five quads total). The hammer is down!
  2. Two groups completed and Kurakova still leads Also a very respectable Top 20 finish for Lindsay van Zundert.
  3. Good free skate from Ekaterina Kurakova and she could finish in Top 20
  4. Brittany Bowe 1:14,61 and that is the bronze (first individual OG medal for her).
  5. Jutta Leerdam 1:13.83 in 1,000 but had a big wiggle on the second lap.
  6. Ah yes, more Trump & Chinese politics stuff. How I missed that crap in the last two weeks
  7. Yeah, Thompson landed between Smith's skis and that caused Smith to go off balance. It is what it is.
  8. Sure enough, Smith demoted to last for impeding Maier. Bronze for Maier.
  9. Naeslund wins. Duh. Thompson second. Fanny Smith was all over the place in the closing stages again but blocked off Maier for bronze. Run under review? Probably for Smith.
  10. Only one Canadian into the Big Final. Fanny Smith almost blew it off the final jump.
  11. Altitude is an altitude, period. The excuse doesn't hold any value. Cadurisch's home town is located at 500m higher elevation than the biathlon complex. It's a terrible excuse.
  12. Naeslund vs three Canadians in SF1. I wonder if they are tempted to take one for the team and take Naeslund out?
  13. Gisin smokes Holdener by over a second! I can't see Bassino taking Brignone for bronze.
  14. Brignone takes the lead by 0,80. Probably bronze medal. Gisin & Holdener should walk all over that.
  15. I won't be surprised if we don't see Shiffrin for remainder of the World Cup tbh.
  16. Tandrevold had heart beat issues before. If the doctors allow her to compete despite those red flags then then altitude of the course doesn't have anything to do with it. Of course it's Norway where almost everyone has asthma yet is allowed to compete in endurance sports with TUE rescue. That is a bigger issue but obviously it's the altitude problem. Yeah, right... Moreover most of these biathletes come from high altitude regions anyway? They should be best suited for this altitude by default
  17. Women's Mass Start moved to 8:00 CET tomorrow due to bad weather forecast for Saturday.
