  5. A new all-female motorsport series will launch next year. The drivers will drive Tatuus F3-spec cars. The series has backing from former F1 race winner David Coulthard and a prize pot totalling of $1.5 million. The six-round series will launch in May 2019 and features 30-minute races throughout Europe, with one round to he held in the United Kingdom. Some see it as a good step to improve their career.   12. According to a presse release from the council of Stockholm, the competitions in ski-jumping and Nordic combined is being held in Falun, while Hamra are proposed for cross-country skiing and biathlon.
  13. Calgary, Stockholm and a joint bid from Milan-Cortina d'Ampezzo have been officially confirmed as the three candidates for the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, by the IOC today.   15. Promotional video for the upcoming U-23 World Cup in Colombia: Twelve countries will compete at the Championships, from October 19th to 28th. Japan, Chinese Taipei, Mexico, The Netherlands, hosts Colombia and South Africa will play in Group A. Group B will consist of South Korea, Australia, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Czech Republic. This event is the last opportunity to qualify a senior team for next year's Premier12, which offers 2 places at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
