If you think he's bad, you should have seen our president talk at his press conference last March 9. A reporter asked it there were sufficient COVID 19 test kits and he replied by talking about the Bubonic Plague, the Spanish Flu, the Middle East, the Roman Empire and the Spanish Inquisition.
