He won headlines for his win at the 2008 Italian Grand Prix, and was quickly promoted to Red Bull. While he would lose in 2009 to the infamous BGP 001, he would become world champion in a tightly-fought 2010 season, and dominated in 2011. In 2012, he would have another close win, but 2013 was his most dominant season yet, winning the final nine races in a row to claim a fourth consecutive crown. He switched blue for Ferrari red in 2015, but couldn't repeat the feat in an era of Mercedes dominance, losing two tight battles to Lewis Hamilton in 2017 and 2018.
