It's basically a skull (a calaverita) reminiscing the little sugar ones that are part of the Day of the Dead offerings

I thought the music choice for the parade of nation was odd but I did enjoy the whole parade of nation. I thought the opening was good but everything after the parade of nations was pretty meh.
