OlympicsFan 783 Posted June 29, 2021 #22 Share Posted June 29, 2021 So which 2018 YOG medalists have a chance to win a medal in Tokyo? I think the following athletes could do it: Swimming: Ceccon, Minakov, Kolesnikov, Burdisso, Milak, De Tullio, Kesely, Yang Junxuan, McKeown, Hodges Athletics: Díaz, Mu, Abebe, Mahuchikh Wrestling: Kozyrev? Diving: Willars, Lian Junjie Table Tennis: Harimoto, Sun Yingsha, Hirano Fencing: Ueno, Pusztai Boxing: Dubois Judo: Sulamanidze Shooting: Chaudhary, Bhaker NMQ 1 Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached. Jinzha 529 Posted July 13, 2021 #24 Share Posted July 13, 2021 Looks like I missed this thread back in June! From the eight medal winners in Buenos Aires only Enzo Kuworge (weightlifting, +85kg bronze medal) qualified to Tokyo. I can't find the full team we sent to Buenos Aires, apparently we sent 41 athletes in total. I see some athletes that qualified to Tokyo already: Tes Schouten (swimming 100m br) and Raisa Schoon (beachvolleyball). I also found that three members from TeamNL Nanjing (2014) went to Rio, so it looks like a repeat this time.
