    First eight placed relays means, that the relays have to finish regularly in the final to qualify for the Olympics, right? If someone loses the baton or gets dq, the 9th Team gets the Olympic place? Ignoring the very likely possibility, that a qualification for the World Championships final could very well mean you were fast enough to qualify by time for the Olympics.

    Kwayie really isn't that bad. She's maybe a 1/10 slower than Müller and her PB is only a few 1/100 slower than Mihambo's. I agree that Kwadwo is a weak spot in the current relay, though.

    Today we'll know the first Olympic qualifiers in Rowing. The semi-final winners in the Women's quadruple sculls will make it directly to the A-final. And since there are 8 qualifiers in quadruple sculls, all A-finalists (and two B-finalists) will qualify for Tokyo.

    Sorry. Totally missed it. I do agree that we could win medals in all four of these events. But I don't believe it will be gold medals in all of them.
