  1. It's not really over, but yeah, in the past few weeks mostly restrictions have been going quite rapidly. Logically they took some time since there was a new mutation which wasn't so much deadlier (which 'they' never said it was, so nothing new there), but spread way, way more rapidly, as was proven to be the case. It seems we're going into the good direction now, so that's good. Not that it has much to do with Russia's attack, because that came when the COVID situation was already long on the way down
  2. Although I doubt Russia will accept the only realistic demand, which is of course "Russia retreats and admits defeat" and nothing else.
  3. With one of the reasons being "NATO leaders have made aggressive statements about our country ". Lol. Uber troll Putin.
  4. I do wonder how much is true about the Russian losses mentioned by Ukraine. Usually both sides in something like this exaggerate the losses of the other...it's possible, but if true, it's an incredible military disaster by the Russians...which would be cool, but still hard to imagine.
  5. Until this post I was thinking Haag was like a Slovak way to call Hell ("There's a special place for Putin in Haag"), now I finally get it Sorry, I was still sleeping I think Anyhow, Netherlands will join that airspace map later today, our minister announced.
  6. Yep, but you gotta start somewhere... Obviously the main and really only point should be for Russia to retreat and that's it. Russia doesn't have any right whatsoever to ask for anything here, let alone make any demands. But yeah, that obviously won't happen.
  7. Now that seems like an actually reasonable option. Not at all a country that is 'too western' (like, say, Germany), but also not a party in this conflict (like UKR, RUS, BLR). I hope this will be accepted...soon!
  8. The big bad west is provoking Belarus into having no choice but to let Russia place nukes on it's territory.
  9. Maybe replacing it with a more neutral and usually quiet nation. You know, like Saudi Arabia, where racing is still fine
  10. Makes sense, to be fair...of all possible locations, one would assume Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are no-brainers not to have negotiations.
  11. Well, technically those are of course Russian troops as well (as he'd probably argue).....but yeah, that's basically Putin's mad dog being unchained. On the bright side, today's reports are that one of their major warlords has already been killed in action. Maybe they're less scary when they're the attackers instead of the Spartan-like defenders?
  12. I don't really care, whatever gives the biggest chance to have the highest number of participants. If that asks for a very much understandable postponement, than that's absolutely fine I'd say. will be in no matter what will be done with the contest
  13. And the Dutch were going to bring a whole bunch of Stingers, but Germany blocked that at first. Luckily the Germans gave in and now accepted it..
  14. Yes yes, and Putin rides around the war front on a big bear, we know the memes.
  15. This one.
  16. Took a while (I assume Hungary wanted some assurances from other countries first?), but there we go!
  17. Another trip to beautiful but super harsh Engadin?
  18. As both Smith and Maier said would be correct.
  19. Nice little detour. Now Latvia, Germany and Austria to do the same and it's gonna get hard.
  20. Exactly. This whole thing of negotiating is just nonsense. Why 'negotiate', which probably means you'll have to give up things, when you're the one being attacked from all sides?
  21. They did not, and (rightfully, of course) voted to condemn Russia. For what it's worth.
  22. Some good news, relatively (and if true, of course).
