  1. Схоже, що Пермикіна повз Олімпіаду ((( Лише Хохлова у півфіналі у нас. Ще й Савицький випав з континентальної квоти (((((

  3. Our federation announced for W. Singles: Svitolina, Yastremska, Kostyuk + request to allow Kalinina or Tsurenko to compete (they have no enough games for national team due to high level of competitivenes). W. Doubles: N. Kichenok + L. Kichenok. And some pair from singles.
  4. Very good evening for Ukraine! I am very happy for Iryna Herashchenko - she had so many 4th places. I really want Olympic podium for her. And Kohan`s progress led him to his first big adult medal. But the next 2 days will be medal-free for us )
  5. She got a small injury few days ago and was not sure tp start or nor.
  6. By the way. Spain tried to protest to get bronze in the race walk. But the result stands.
  7. It looks like Live results system "is slowly dying"...
  8. Bronze medal and Olympic quota for Olyanovka!
  9. I'am not sure. No confirmation from Samoa in the document. So C1 is still can be reallocated.
  10. Russians announced their squad for the Olympic games in Paris including 12 people. They did it before the qualification dedaline so the rankings are not finalized and it is to early to predict possible quotas transfer to ceretain athleyes. So we have an update of the list of possible reallocations. Let me remid that the surnames and reasons are not my own but were officially sent to the IOC by Ukrainian authorities. 11. Our media got confirmation of Konotop`s quota from our Weightlifting federation several days ago. It is not clear from the message whether was confirmed after the anti-doping adjustments or before them.
  12. Khm, if someone reads - I have added the most recent direct quote on communication with Bach. On the 25.05.24 Olena Hovorova (advisor of the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine) posted message on this. https://www.facebook.com/olenagovorovakyiv/posts/122149886438205596?ref=embed_post I have added links to the source documents to the first post
  13. Practically it makes no sence - for example. the IF sends entries for C2. The IOC`s Board board says: the 1st person is OK, the 2nd - is not OK. The same may happen during the Olympics. So that first athlete will sprint alone in C2? )
  14. Good point. But at the time it is his own decision not to resist to this pressure, but to manipulate with the facts to legitimize what they want. (I think it is not so obvious - what happens if russian money and russians have a free hand in some area - I will prepare a post with an example this and send them to Politics topic). I just have to sress that the reasons of the reallocation in the table are from the documents presented by our NOC and Ministry - so they represent position of Ukarine and show what we expect from the IOC officially. I would like to discuss one more interesting reason for reallocation mentioned not so often - russian athletes having training camps at the occupied territories. Several athletes like Nayfonov had this. In my oppinion, it is a clear reason not be allowed to go to Paris. Benefiting from stolen properties is declared illegal in almost all systems of law.
  15. @Jur @Rafa Maciel I still think that Bach is a men who destroyed the IOC as institution and brought it to autocracy (this attracts him to autocratic leaders). Thus it will not be an institutional decision, it will be his own decision - and he will find arguments to support it whatever decision it will be. Thus it does not really matter what is written in the documents (
  16. Yes, and AIBA allowed them to compete under their flag. The IOC does not force IFs to follow recpmmendations. But notable moment - the case of Sadulaev. UWW allowed him to compete and IOC did nothing to change this. But before the Olympic qualification tournament UWW and russians got info that Sadulaev will not be allowed to go to Paris anyway. So UWW quickly declared him ineligible to allow russians change entries and compete for quota with another athlete. This case shows that decisions of IFs are only for their own competitions.
  17. I understand the logic your arguments but these recommendations were issued by the IOC for other international federations. So they may follow them in their way. But these rules were not designed for the Olympics itself. The concept of russian athletes participation appeared later and they were marked not Authorized Neutral Athletes (as for example FIG marks them) but Individual Neutral Athletes
  18. Yes, they sjould be excluded too - but It was a belorussian pair in C2W. I think, i will prepare separate table for belorussians.
  19. IMPORTANT! Final decisions by the IOC are in the FIRST post of the topic. ------------------- 1. This list contains AIN`s atheltes with russian passports which "qualified" for Paris - 2024. (Belorussians are not included yet) 2. As well as possible reallocation and the reason to reallocate quota. 3. I have created this separate thread ( @pluto asked it) to keep all the information together because now it is spread over different sports and must not be mixed with the general war-supporters thread. Here we have only the persons whose profiles will be evaluated by the IOC as a single institution to decide their fate. 4. The reasons of reallocation were taken from the official documents prepared by Ukraine for the IOC. update 01.06.24 - Bach ensured Ukraine that all these facts will be taken into consideration - the most recent quote on this from Olena Hovorova (Olympic medallist, now advisor of the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine) - 25.05.24 https://www.facebook.com/olenagovorovakyiv/posts/122149886438205596?ref=embed_post (Earlier - Olha Saladukha (London bronze medallist and deputy of Ukrainian parliament) . Since quota distribution and reallocation are the processes of great interest everyone will be able to evaluate possibility of reallocation of the certain quota. Please, feel free to correct possible reallocations. The list to be ammended with new data to come. People in bold are 99% likely to be removed from the games, in my oppinion. 20. Official update according to the IOC statement on the 15th of June https://olympics.com/ioc/paris-2024-individual-neutral-athletes Short notes from the IOC statement: 1. Decisions to reject quotas are final. 2. Decisions to approve quotas are not final - new facts may lead to the rejection of invitation. 3. Decisions cannot be appealed - NOCs were not invited to the Games, so it is a good will to invite individual athletes... or not 4. Unused quotas will be reallocated to another NOCs (not to be sunstituted by another AINs). Empty lines in the IOC Decision column means no decision yet. Reallocation to another NOC means that IF has to reallocate this quota to another NOC (not AIN) according to the IOC decision. The most probable reallocation is mentioned in the table. Thanks to @Jan Linha and @phelps ** - important precedent was found by @Faramir to show alternative way of reallocation supported by @Art Art: a) at a single tournament - quota goes to the first eligible athlete at the tournament where it was won by AIN, not taking into account those who won quotas later b) chronologocally - tournament by tournament - with cascading redistribution of quotas, taking into account those who won quotas later and redistributing their quotas from later tournaments. These alternative ways are show in the table only for the quotas determined to the reallocation by the IOC. *** - thanks for @mard0n , @MantaRaymarc , @Jan Linha @Майкл. 21. Yes those were not allowed to compete. Those who "qualified" will sent to the IOC by the international federations. And the IOC`s commission will decide the fate of every single person. There are a lot of them. If you are interested in I will create a list of athletes with possible reallocations.
  22. Some "subtotal" for performance 5 athletes proceed to the final 2 days. 1 will have 2 chances to get license. We are doing much better. "Return of the King" Sosnovsky (the coach of that famous 2011-2012 team) was a good decision but too late to get more. Even with all the problems we could have 7 atheltes in 2 final days: + Zamotayev (he was very good yesterday against Quiroga but today his right eye was closed since the first round after a heads-hit - he managed to get 2:2 at the scorecards but lost on a margin) + Zakhareev (robbery which... cannot be appealed. The story continues - it turned out that the IOC as the organizer did not bother itself to establish appeal procedure. Anyway the tournament continued and the quotas here will be distributed, so the only way - to prove that the rights of athletes were violated because of the absence of the proper appeal procedure. We will see) Abduraimov - in the SF - according to Sosnovsky - he is the next big star, and I trust him. He impressed here and could be a medal contender in Paris... if he gets license. Lovchynsky - still in the competition but with low chances. The same for Molochko - I am afraid. Kob - you may not be aware of the fact, that the coaches decided to send another athlete. Kob wrote about this intention in social networks claiming that she won direct bout with that alternate. After that she was returned to the squad. And did very well in the first bout against very strong opponent. Still on the road. Kovalchuk - won against Ferchichi but her real power is still unknown. I am not sure if she will be able to win the next bout.
