  1. yes, it's this year's Copa America that has a place in Tokyo 2020 up for grab (and a second place heading towards a playoff against a CAF team)... as you can read on the official website of the CONMEBOL: "También hay en disputa 1 cupo para el Torneo Olímpico de Fútbol Femenino Tokio 2020 y la selección que ocupe la segunda posición disputará un repechaje contra un equipo de la CAF." full article: http://www.conmebol.com/es/chile-recibe-la-copa-america-femenina-2018
  2. It's always the same address... it's a 24h/day running streaming...
  3. I think that 10 and 20 have been chosen because they are "round" digits, it shouldn't have anything to do with politics (at least for that)... choosing "strange" intervals, like every 11 or 14 or 19 positive tests, for instance, it would have been a lot more suspect in terms of hitting someone in particular, in my opinion... but who knows? maybe they really made a simulation before deciding those parameters...we will never know "the real truth", I guess...

  9. Russian day in Verona...2 Sabre events and 2 Gold medals for them... for Italy, despite a not so good overall team performance, still a couple of (very lucky, especially Lucarini's) medals, which is always a very respectable result... Tomorrow, it's always Individual Sabre time, but for the Cadets (therefore, it's also the main YOG qualification event)...

  17. Davide Di Veroli eponymous of the male Youth Epee season... 22. in the canditature file you can find a first draft schedule... but of course it's very different from what will be the final version, since all the new sports are not even included... however, if something is gonna be released, it will surely be posted on this page (the candidature files are also here): https://tokyo2020.org/en/games/plan/ p.s. I think that before the end of this year a newer draft version (a lot closer to the final one) will be released...
  23. not a very good start for Italy... Di Veroli this time couldn't repeat himself after the double (Junior & Cadet) title won 3 weeks ago at the Europeans...he just came up short in the overtime against the French guy he beat in the previous event... but the really disappointing results came from the other guys and especially from the girls, who stopped their favourable streak after a few years of medals in this discipline...
