  1. no world record for Stolz in the men's 1500m, but still 1.40.87 not bad... meanwhile, encouraging improvement by Alessio Trentini and Daniele Di Stefano they're still fvar away from the top places, but it's nice to see that they're still on the raising curve yesterday, instead, Lollipop (Francesca Lollobrigida) was forced to skate in the B-group (she finished 2nd behind Isabelle Wideman, but she was faster than all the girls in group A) finally, I'm a bit disappointed by Pergher in the women's 500m as I expected her below the 38-sec mark, but she was a bit over that

  16. he we go... Stage #1 for Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun in Cairo
  17. it's a farce, but still... Gold for in the women's doubles thanks to Andrea Voetter & Marion Oberhofer Julia Taubitz (women's singles), David Gleirscher (men's singles) and Martins Bots & Roberts Plume (men's doubles) are the other world champions from Today's Sprint Races
  18. 2195 days: exactly the same amount of time Nole took to lose a match in Wimbledon, when last year he went down to Alcaraz moreover, Sinner is only the 3rd player to have won at least 1 match vs Nole in all the 3 main categories of tournaments (Slams, Davis Cup and ATP Finals): the other 2 are Federer and Nadal not that it wasn't expected, but the whole has gone crazy for Jannik if Discovery Media decides to broadcast the final on a FTA channel (which is not granted at all, they might use this to enforce their paid service), record breaking audience is expected, of course
  19. Corinne Suter also has had troubles with her knee in the same point of the track she didn't fall, but stopped after landing from a jump, crying loudly ACL and meniscus left knee...season over
  20. in it's on Sky Sports even if I'd like more to watch the Lodz meet, with a lot of Italians (especially the Indoor season's debut of world silver medallist Leonardo Fabbri in the men's Shot Put, after a long training period down in )
  21. p.s. still routing for Burkina Faso, even if I think they will be thrashed out by Mali in the rd of 16
  22. no, no...those matches are just the only ones I'm really interested in (actually, most of the African Cup of Nations is a not-to-be-missed event) they have a so different feeling from the usual european/international football I'm so bored with I love this tournament (even if there are no more fun/naive things to watch, like all those macumba/woodoo and whatever rituals they used to do in the past )
  23. the man who competed at the Jr. Pan-Am Champs in 2017 might be a IWF mistake, but the man we're talking about (Yeison Lopez Lopez, born on January 9th 1999) is the convicted cheater there's absolutely no doubt about that this is IWF's notice of his AAF in 2018 https://iwf.sport/2018/11/03/public-disclosure-115/ and this is the news on InsideTheGames https://www.insidethegames.biz/articles/1071861/two-colombian-weightlifters-provisionally-suspended-after-returning-adverse-analytical-findings-iwf-announce I guess this is enough to end all this argument
  24. what? are you kidding me? Yeison Lopez Lopez, born on January 9th, 1999 https://iwf.sport/weightlifting_/athletes-bios/?athlete=lopez-lopez-yeison-1999-01-09&id=11927 he's exactly the same man with that exact record: yes, he was Jr. World Champion in 2017 and then he went also to the Jr. Pan-Am Champs where he was caught cheating (and if he was doing that for a second tier event, I just can't imagine how he did win the world title ), disappeared for 3+ years and came back bigger and stronger than ever...as if it was possible only by training with fair methods c'mon! retry and you'll get luckier
