I agree about MOC.
She swum that 58.0 in pouring rain hitting the ropes all the way.
 
The W100m back seems to be dominated by AUS,USA and a Canadian over the past 2-3 years
its possible that 58 low wont even make an Australian or US Olympic team
 

For the 200m Free,Canada have a 1.53 swimmer (McIntosh) and now another 1.55 low swimmer with an additional 2 x 1.57 swimmers.
Canada are easily ahead of GB who are a clear 5th.

The Womens 50m Free evens out with the Mens 50m Free
Both Sjostrom and McEvoy will need to be well below their best to. lose
The Medley Relay is countered by the Womens 4 x200M Free relay
and ZSC evens out with Sam Short in both the 400m/800m especially without the Tunisian.
I wouldnt write off the Womens medley anyway.
The key is Breastroke and we only need one of our main swimmers to be sub 1.06 
Hodges and Strauch have been there and there are other options including Kaylee especially if MOC swims a Sub 58 back.

The Australian swim team is stronger now than in Tokyo.
Upcoming swimming trials for Australia and USA will be telling.
 
As for the overall team as it stands now,I would say we could exceed expectations with huge GOLD chances in the below events

Could be a risk not peaking at trials and holding that taper until Paris.
But then again, I do not see any 3rd Australian challenging, therefore Short could still go 3.45 and still take the second spot.
 
As for the Women's 100M Free at the trials,they all need to be at their peak!
