  1. My workplace is only about 5 km away from home, and even I can rarely make it in time. It's disappointing.
  2. Well, turns out Moldova (2/7), Portugal (4/10) and Indonesia (4/9) are the secret leaders of the anti-establishment. New Zealand is at 7/12 in terms of awarding points to winners. Italy, meanwhile, has awarded points to 83% of all-time Top 3 finishers (35/42).
  3. So, basically, Central Europe, the Baltics, Asia, most of Africa and Oceania give us the champions we deserve. Meanwhile, our usual champions from Ireland and Great Britain are quite anti-establishment themselves. Just like the Balkans, the Middle East, South America, and of course - the United States.
  4. Denmark somehow became tilting anti-establishment... Ever since they got out of the Committee.
  5. Are You Pro-Establishment or Anti-Establishment? Pro-establishment (PE) nations usually award (sometimes considerable) points to TISC champions and podium-finishers. Anti-establishment (AE) nations have their own agenda. They continuosly ignore the leading charts.
  6. 2023 Pan American Games Keeps Mixed Format, Covid Used as Reason to Halt Progress Here we go again. No progress.
  7. Well, apparently the Grand Prix season this year will be a series of glorified national championships... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Skate_America https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Skate_Canada_International https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Cup_of_China https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Internationaux_de_France https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Rostelecom_Cup https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_NHK_Trophy You read it correctly. NHK Trophy will indeed have 12 Japanese girls in the ladies event.
  8. Honestly, it is sad hearing a professional like Campenaerts bitching about road conditions. For the whole five minutes.
  9. Portuguese video seems to be blocked in the same countries as well. It's becoming increasingly difficult to organize a contest. We are living in dark times.
  10. Good to see Josip Rumac entered. Our first GT rider in a while. I saw him couple of times, riding around my hometown.
  11. You say that every year. I remember it now. Back in 2016 you claimed to have found the last good song for Open. Was there nothing produced in Lithuania in all those years?
  12. Entries for Les Etoiles de Pau. More combinations than usual. Not unexpected, since all other 5* events got cancelled this year (Kentucky, Badminton, Luhmuhlen, Burghley, Fair Hill, Adelaide). Excellent to see Aistis Vitkauskas entered for a long-awaited 5* return.
  13. I'd like to think I've inspired users to enter older songs. I believe we are getting considerably more 20th century music than usual.
  14. I just can't see Trump winning this at all. He clearly failed to win any new states (not even NH), and yet he stands to lose Arizona, Michigan, NE-2, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and perhaps Florida. Losing any 3 of these could pretty much be enough to lose it all.
  15. Since when are debates about facts?
  16. Tamira Paszek - herself Chilean-Austrian-Polish-French-Tanzanian-Kenyan-Canadian-Indian - is hardly impressed.
  17. Well, time to set a new TISC record... Released in 1958, Gabi Novak's Sretan put easily becomes the oldest song ever entered for TISC. Previous record was shared by Girl from Ipanema (2013 Open) and She's a Mod (2019 Open) - both released in 1964. Sretan put (eng. Bon Voyage) is performed by Gabi Novak. Her son Matija Dedić incidentally represented Croatia at the home edition earlier this year, so we felt it would be fitting to give his mother a chance this time around. Sretan put was initially released as part of the film H-8, which is widely considered to be the masterpiece of Croatian cinema. Directed by Nikola Tanhofer, the movie is based on a true story about a bus-truck collision which occured in 1957, and whose culprit (a car driver) was never identified. "H-8" is the beginning of that driver's license plate, the only available information on the culprit's vehicle. Croatia Gabi Novak - Sretan put ("Bon Voyage") Lyrics (in English) And in case you are interested, here is the complete H-8. Not of the highest quality, but the best I could find... It has English subtitles though!
  18. As long as we are calling up users... @bestmen? You here? Your BFF is about to host!
  19. Timetable? List of participating nations? Our delegation is quite ready to present their entry.
