Considering that Swedish 49er qualified on merrit, there is NO way that Sweden will accept the reallocated quotas in RS:X (what is good news for Chinese Taipei and Latvia). I guess that it's also unlikely that Canada will accept men's 49er quota? If so, then it will go to Switzerland (what should also be unlikely), and after Switzerland we have British Virgin Islands!
