    It see sporting bodies simply withdrawing from CAS jurisdiction. I feel like CAS has decided to show it’s not biased by choosing a sport with no real activity until November instead of deciding on the many sports ongoing at the moment. But CAS knows it’s funding and backing would be gone if it made decisions many national governments would simply overturn at the border.

    I think the lack of medals will see athletes ordered to focus on the commonwealth instead of the worlds. In an attempt to be seen to be justifying the lottery money in a home event.

    Really our only realsltic medal hopeful. I don’t think there has been a world indoor with no British medalist in years but I am not sure we even in the relay with Keely out? Is there a reserve.

    I doubt it. Hungary are the signatory of the boycott letter and that would contradict that.

    Do you we know what her condition is. For her classification to change it must be something degenerative.

    I think she means that classification was done by Chinese officials.

    I can see that final having to be postponed if CAS order an interim suspension in the qualifying group.

    China win a lot at the Summer Games so you would expect they would want to continue winning a lot in 2026 and onwards.

    This is the suspicion sadly. Through they wasn’t really any evidence in the able bodied games of suspicious Chinese results when Russia doped both games in 2014.

    Will China continue this spending and effort in 2026? I would expect so going by their record at the summer games but who knows?

    That’s a surprise. The Eurosport’s commentators said during the Olympics they thought she would retire in 2025 at her home world championships.

    I suspect if Bans are overturned CAS will not be in existence in a year or two.

    Do CAS think like that. Everyone wanted Russia banned from the Olympics for doping and they refused. And everyone wanted Valieva banned and they refused to uphold that.

    Russia have announced their are taking FIFA and UEFA to CAS over their ban. This will be a major hearing. Because if Russia wins the consequences for Football’s future could be massive.

    Not sure about that. They are other sporting bodies not based in Switzerland who CAS have dealt with. Also CAS heard Russia’s appeal in 2016 when they were banned.

    Russia have announced they have already filed an appeal with CAS. What happens to the games if CAS overrules the IPC? Cancellation?
