    Not impossible they only take 1 or 2 of those discretionary picks and don’t fill all 30 spaces.

    The selectors won’t care one bit if there is any uproar. The policy is designed to cause some controversy. Unlike Athletics people won’t be speaking out about it and there is such a distance to the games swimming won’t get drawn into the mess coming Athletics way with rejected invites. And I just don’t see Wilby going.

    Nick Percy has posted on his Instagram that has reached the European and Olympic qualifying distance with a 67.73.

    Apparently he is. The 50 is away from the relays so he might well try it.

    They not going to take him. Peaty will have to do both relay heats.
