    Plenty of done it before. David Davies, Keri Anne - Payne and Cassandra Patten in Beijing all competed in the pool and then medalled in the open water,

    The way they tweet about making the time makes me think the relays that haven’t are in major doubt,

    My guess is we don’t have 30 in the team but 28 or 29. And only do 5 or 6 relays.

    I will be surprised if someone finishing second with a OQT goes. If Peaty doesn’t need a relay backup I’m not sure any relay does.

    If that was the case why bother to have those times anyway.

    I will be surprised if it is given the green light baring it could be a fair bit out of the target. However that doesn’t mean others will go - it might just be a team of 27-29

    Will the team focus on relays allow her to entirely drop the 200m going forward.

    They probably more likely to go 1 or 2 under the limits than 1 over.

    They did reject a quota in 2021 so have history of doing so.
