  9. I have them too but the results books for those sports don't have dates of birth listed. The entry lists issued before the event do have them, that's what I'm looking for.

  14. That makes sense but it wasn't the method used to qualify teams from the World Relays to the World Championships. A disqualification in the final there meant you didn't qualify for these championships.
  15. In the US one I got Rochester, Grand Rapids and Milwaukee. GB/Ireland I got Swansea and Aberystwyth which matches 100% to the truth
