  1. Okay, but all I want to know is how this leaves us with darts? Ireland's chance of a top 8 seed in the World Cup is all but vanished I presume
  2. TISC Open 2014!! 3 years ago and 5 editions missing without Estonia in between. Great to have you here again
  3. What a pleasant surprise!! Welcome Uruguay And welcome back Estonia!!!

  5. Ugh, the commentators here are falling all over him with praise.
  6. Coming up to the last chance now to take it away from the sprinters.
  7. Commentator on British Eurosport saying Sagan is not in the peloton? They don't even know if he was racing at all What do you guys know? Edit: Now they say they found him on the timing
  8. A temporary respite probably
  9. Haha, let me know when they finally start believing it ..... this race is hurting even the very best.
  10. As sure as night follows day
  11. Right, so instead of waiting for the commentators curse yet again I'm just going to do it myself this time...... Dan Martin for the win!!
  12. Haha, well if I can survive walking the streets of Glasgow then an incoming planet collision should be a piece of cake
  13. Ooh, ooh, let me think.... ! Well I was thinking of investing in an electric car.... saving on fuel and saving the planet at the same time. Yes, if the world ends, that is definitely what I'm going to do
  14. Well on the plus side, I'll make huge savings by not having to spend money on buying Christmas presents this year.... or indeed ever! Think of the savings!!!
  15. Please not October!! I have my trip to Scotland then!
  16. Oh great, on my day off too! Couldn't the end of the world wait until Monday when I would appreciate it more by getting me outta work?
  17. If it came to pass then yes this would be the worst ever change to the Olympics to date. Mixed NOC teams, who cares about that So along with urban and youthful they should mention the word mixed, because they like that a LOT! I highly doubt this will happen though.
  18. My condolences to the Mexican people for this awful tragedy
  19. I love the World Cup of course
  20. Those two are indeed much more exciting and more prestigious. The Premier League is very prestigious too but it doesn't appeal to me as a spectacle.... it drags out way too long and features the same faces each week. The quality is usually fantastic though. I used to watch it religiously every week, then I started recording it to watch on less busy nights and eventually in recent years just stopped watching as there was always something on and I didn't feel the need to catch up on the action I missed. Darts is very similar to snooker for me, I love both and will binge majorly on the few major events (about 4 in each in terms of what I watch). The more minor tournaments or the lesser "big" tournaments don't interest me at all and same goes with the Premier Leagues (snooker had it too for some years).
  21. Yes, exactly why I couldn't give a damn about the Premier League, I find it boring and repetitive and I only watch the other big tournaments. The Champions League is already one of the big ones and the prize money matches its prestige which will likely to grow. But yeah it's not going to be one of my favourites since it includes only 8 players and many of the personalities I like are going to be outside of that group most of the time.
  22. Yessss!!! Mensur Suljovic is the Champions League Champion!! incredible!!
  23. Sninga was the Lithuanian song in the first edition and you definitely were not present for that edition.... not sure if you were there for TISC Annual 2015 where they presented Tik Žmogus. Either way, you will find them here in the TISC history thread if you are interested:
  24. 21 weeks to go ! Pyeongchang 2018 is now just 21 weeks away and of course we add another piece of our logo jigsaw Key: a1 6 months to go a2 3 months to go a3 1 month to go b1 150 days to go b2 100 days to go b3 75 days to go c1 Four Hills Tournament begins c2 Hahnenkamm Race begins c3 Winter X Games begin d1 tickets go on sale d2 2018 Olympic year arrives (Jan 1st) d3 2018 Olympic Prediction Contests Open on Totallympics e1 lighting of Olympic flame in Olympia, Greece e2 Olympic flame arrives in Incheon e3 Olympic flame arrives in Gangwon province x Olympic cauldron is lit e1 30 e2 c1 30 b2 e3 c2 30 b3 x c3 30 20 19 18 a3 d3 a2 d2 17 12 30 30 16 11 15 10 14 9 13 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 PyeongChang 2018 ------------------50--------------------------------------25--------------------------------------02----- --------49-----------------48------------------27-----------------24-------------------04----------------01- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --47----------------------------46-------29-----------------------------22-------06----------------------------03 --------------------------------------36--------------------------------------16------------------------------- --45-----------------------38--43-------30--33-------------------16--21-------08--13------------------------05 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------44-----------40---41------------------28--31-------20--23-------------------10--11-----------07--- ------------------42--------------------------------------26--------------------------------------09------------- ----------------------39-----------------------------32-------19----------------------------12----------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------37-----------------34-------------------17----------------14------------- --------------------------------------35--------------------------------------15---------------
  25. 20 nations signed up within the first 48 hours x 3 x 2 x 2 x 2 @amen09 Maybe you can add a list of participants (nations and jury members) to the first post so we can track it and keep the records in sight (current record is 41 nations!).
