  1. @Agger I've just realized that Jericho Francisco still may overtake Rune, if his national federation organizes the national championship and if he wins this event.
  2. Worlds Championship for park was cancelled. WS hasn't announced anything about changes on qualification system, but some NOCs, like the brazilian, has already confirmed quotas directly from the ranking. So we assume that the ranking will be the only way of qualification for Park.
  3. So, Men's Park semifinal finished, I could make the counts again, and I believe those are the qualified Skateboarders: 1- Heimana Reynolds 2- Luiz Francisco 3- Cory Juneau 4- Pedro Barros 5- Keegan Palmer 6- Pedro Quintas 7- Ivan Federico 8- Oskar Rozenberg 9- Steven Piniero 10- Alessandro Mazzara 11- Vicent Matheron 12- Jaime Mateu 13- Kieran Wooley 14- Ayumu Hirano 15- Tyler Edtmayer 16- Danny Leon 17- Andy Anderson 18- Rune Glifberg 19- Dallas Oberholtzer There's still one quota to be decided at final among americans Jagger Eaton, Thomas Schaar and Tate Carew. It's important to mention here that the Japanese Kensuke Sasaoka, the first under the line, still can overtake Rune Glifberg if the Japanese Skateboarding Federation organizes another national championship and if Kensuke get second position or better.
  4. @Agger Sry, but maybe my calculations may be wrong Only for men's park, women's park looks everything right. I am still trying to understand what I did to get that result... I ranked the skateboarders again, and the pontuation changed just a little bit... So, basically, TOP 16 for Andy Anderson, and Elias Nilsen should TOP 15... all the others should get the final as I mentioned previously... Looks Only Andy Anderson will get that, and I bet that Rune will take the last quota... but let's wait the competition come back from the rain stop, and then I can do the counts again.
  5. no, the street will define quotas only next week on the Worlds.
  6. @Benolympique 10th place for Charlotte Hym at women's street. good result for her to get points to the Olympic Ranking. She was benefited by abandoment of Japanese team, because their coach tested positive for covid
  7. Dont worry. I may still be wrong with my calculation... haha
  8. Madeleine Larcheron for women's park Vicent Matheron for men's park maybe Charlotte Hym for women's street, but it is hard for her Aurelien Giraud and Vicent Milou for men's street are pratically confirmed
  9. Bombette Martin got 1470 points. 980 points is from a 5-star event. This is a Pro Tour event
  10. @Agger Danish Skateboarding Federation organized a national championship in 2021 on May 9th. Rune won the competition and changed that points from the tournament in 2019... But he didn't qualify to semifinal today, and two guys behind him did it. Elias Nilsen and Andy Anderson (with the second position)... so it will very close for him. I tried to calculate the possibilities for him. He will lose this quota if TWO of those things happens: Jack Fardell gets the final Jericho Francisco gets the final Hampus Winberg gets the final Karl Berglind gets the final Andy Anderson gets top 16 Elias Nilsen gets top 16
  11. Pedro Barros is guaranteed since when WS cancelled the Worlds. Pedro Quintas not yet, because Pedro Carvalho (a lot of Pedros) qualified to semifinal. But Pedro Carvalho needs to win the competition and Quintas does not make the final... super hard
  12. Women's Park, no chances. For Men's Park there are two guys, Adam Hopkins who didnt get good result today and probably won't make it. And Andy Anderson who finished second on qualifier, a very nice result and he can conquer his spot tomorrow For Street, only Annie Guglia at women's side. She has a small chance. At Men's side, there are three guys with good chances, but probably 1 or 2 will get their quotas. Ryan Decenzo, Matt Berger and Micky Papa.
  13. Also, Dallas Oberholtzer from is qualified for Men's Park
  14. So if my counts are correct, we have the qualified skateboarders for Women's Park 1-Misugu Okamoto 2-Sakura Yosozumi 3-Sky Brown 4-Poppy Starr Olsen 5-Lizzie Armanto 6-Dora Varella 7-Isadora Rodrigues 8-Bryce Wettstein 9-Brighton Zeuner 10- Yndiara Asp 11- Julia Benedetti 12-Jordyn Barratt (She will compete on the final and even if she gets the last position, she will overtake Mina Stess who is qualifying right now) 13- Lilly Stoeephasius 14- Xin Zhang 15- Madeleine Larcheron 16- Amelia Brodka 17- Josefina Tapia Varas 18- Bombette Martin 19- Melissa Williams There's still one quota to be defined at final, among Mami Tezuka, Kokona Hiraki and Kisa Nakamura from It's important bear in mind that this ranking will close only on June 31st. So, all NOCs may still organize national events and add points to the ranking (If they haven't added two national championships yet). So, in this case.... Bombette and Josefina still can lose this spot till there, maybe Amelia has a little bit of chance, but I dont believe on that.
  15. Yeah, my bad, I forgot that.... the heat 4 was delayed because of the rain.... But, anyway, the girl from South Africa will finish the competition in a better position and qualify The top 20 among those 4 heats will qualify to the semifinal, and compete again against the top 12 of the ranking, who were pre-seeded. So 32 on semifinal, and then top 8 to the final.
  16. Melissa Williams will finish Dew Tour on 26th position and be the best african skateboarder on the ranking, so she is qualified. Aya Asaqas will finish on 29th position and the girl from Maha Akl DNS
  17. Melissa Williams will finish Dew Tour on 26th position and be the best african skateboarder on the ranking, so she is qualified. Aya Asaqas will finish on 29th position and the girl from Maha Akl DNS
  18. Italo and Medina are the favorites for sure. But a bad heat may change everything on the route to the gold. I voted in Jordy Smith as well, because he has awesome aerials and come from a good result on last event. Kolohe and John John are both injured, so let's wait if they will participate. I dont see Kanoa getting a medal. Netiher both Australians
  19. Just adding, those skateboarders also cant lose their places in Tokyo anymore.. So the qualified athletes so far: Men Park Heymana Reynolds Luiz Francisco Pedro Barros Keegan Palmer Cory Juneau - He is almost qualified, he only can lose this quota if USA adds the points from a national championship. And he needs to get terrible results on last event and yet count with victories from two of his rivals for that spot. So basically, he is in... Women Park Misugu Okamoto Sakura Yosozumi Sky Brown Poppy Star Olsen Lizzie Armanto
  20. http://www.cbsk.com.br/noticias/noticias/luiz-francisco-e-o-primeiro-brasileiro-classificado-para-estreia-do-skate-nas-olimpiadas/1989 Brazilian Skateboarding Federation has confirmed the quota on Park for our athlete. So it is official, the skateboarders on my last post are the first ones qualified to Olympics.
  21. Natasha Rosa was caught on doping recently. Only to get this less complicated haha
  22. Dude, the selection is made exclusively from each NOC (using that criteria of max 4 per NOC and regarding doping violation) or there is another criteria?
  23. Continental Cup for Africa in Beach Volleyball From 21st to 28th june in Rabat
  24. I believe they will allocate those quotas as the individual ones. But it is a possibility as well. It is very weird they dont mention anything about that, as the Worlds is acheduled to after Olympics
