Прва двојица су добили такмичарке са врхунским кадетским и јуниорским резултатима, а ни један нема неко искуство, нити резултате са другим такмичарима. Али Андреа је са братом ове године била у 2 ГС финала, Ања је са момком била 3. на СП, док Љубиша Мајдов тренира Немању целу каријеру (знамо са каквим резултатима). Па баш и не може да се каже да их тренери спутавају, иако очигледно не постоји неки критеријум за тренера врхунског џудисте у Србији. Оно на шта рачунам, у односу на тренутне листе, је да Кукољ или Дошен уђу у "зелено", а да до континенталне квоте дођу Ања Обрадовић или Филип Јовановић (оптимално би било да и Ања уђе директно, па да добацимо до тих 8). Нико није далеко, јер није ни близу крај квалификација. Теоретски је могуће пласирати се и са 0 бодова из прве фазе (нпр. Кукољ за Токио). Што се тиче избора за -48, у бољој форми ће (теоретски) бити она која буде планирала остатак ове и целу следећу сезону тако да врхунац форме буде на ОИ. У пракси то неће бити случај ни са једном, јер то није опција ако ћеш до последњег дана да сакупљаш бодове. Као што сам већ поменуо, Јапанка у тој категорији се већ спрема за ОИ и не занима је ништа друго. Четворо Јапанаца већ зна да ће ићи на ОИ, а осталих 10 ће се знати до краја године. Не пишем то да бих поредио Србију и Јапан, већ указујем на предност коју неке земље имају, а која није само велики број врхунских џудиста, већ и боље планирање. А то боље планирање и благовремено постављање циљева би могли да буду карика која нам недостаје. Тренутна слика јесте таква да немамо џудисту који делује конкурентно за олимпијску медаљу, али Игре су далеко, а мислим да неколико наших такмичара има потенцијал да ту слику промени. Чак и да се то не деси, не бих превише замерао џудистима што нису међу 3-4 најбоља на свету, буквално смо се тек појавили на мапи.
