If Hungary loses three teams will have four points:

 

3: Hungary

4: Austria (OQT chance)

5: Iceland!

 

If Hungary doesn't lose only Iceland and Austria will have four points:

 

4: Iceland (OQT chance)

5: Austria!

Correct, so Iceland will cheer for Hungary while Austria will cheer for France and then hope Egypt wins the African quota.

@JoshMartini007 if Hungary loses, does Iceland still have a chance to qualify for the OQT? What would need to happen if so?

No, only if a team withdraws or something. Iceland's only chance is for Hungary to win at least one point against France today *and* for Egypt to win the Africa Cup.
