Here we don't have cyclist in women's omnium because can't compete by stupid rules  It depends of cyclists from other nations that we will have Olympic quota in this discipline or no.

Hence my question, because Spain is one of those countries that can overtake Poland Omnium Female...

how quotas include?

speed two teams woman quotas?
Speed 0 Individual quotas (the one that makes the teams speed also makes the individual speed and therefore no quotas for the keirin ??

Oh yes !!! 

We have men's team sprint in Rio, so we have done 1 of 3 aims of these champs.

Another 2 will be very tough to make, but I believe in us 

So far, generally our olympic qualifications look really great, we didn't have many spectacular failures like in Road to London
