I do think this is a pretty uninspiring "look of the games". I would have to go back to Athens for one that feels less interesting, but Athens was pretty cutting edge for the time.

 

It's not bad by any means, though.

Following a warning from Meteo France of imminent storms, a decision has been taken by the venue and the local authorities to evacuate the stadium in the interests of public safety.

Long story short, I'm in Tahiti right now. I got to visit Teahupo'o, the venue for the surfing competition for Paris '24!
