It only took half the stage for the first group to form

It was another fun hilly stage yesterday

 

Too bad today we get a junior stage, on the national holiday no less (although that doesn't have the effect on French riders it used to have anymore anyway)....Thierry Gouvenou, be very, very ashamed of yourself   We used to have stages like these in the Vuelta for years on end, until they finally realized these stages usually suck balls (which the fans had seen quickly, but somehow the organizers used blindfolds for years).
