thiago_simoes 1,359 Posted July 2, 2021 #1911 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Ugh, what an ugly display of football during the penalty shootout. Switzerland really dropped the ball here. At least the uncertainty made things a little bit exciting.

Federer91 2,273 Posted July 2, 2021 #1913 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Switzerland back to losing penalties, which means everything is back to normal. And speaking of patterns, like i've said before, it won't be a proper EURO with a Spain - Italy match. So Italy, please do your job now!
Agger 1,609 Posted July 2, 2021 #1914 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Well... Spain certainly need to be better that today if they want to be in the final!

Edit: and in 2018 it was forcefully going to happen since Russia also had won in pso the previous round.
Cobi 955 Posted July 2, 2021 #1919 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Probably we don't deserve it, but unexpectedly we are in SFs 9 years later. This might not be the most talented team we have had, but at least they fight and prioritize the team over the individual. Congrats to Switzerland for the game and the tournament they have had!
