I’d just like to take a minute to apologize for what I said in anger a few minutes ago. It was wrong, and unfair to Polish people. It also goes against my goal to be a open and friendly user on this forum. I sincerely apologize for my behavior.

Yeah no worries, I'm watching until this final is over and then I'm hoping to be back in time for the Death March. In terms of finals it's really mostly about being able to watch the 100m spoiler free (and possibly first the semis), the long jump would be a bonus although I might finish it before we leave. The women's hammer throw I'll just click on the result :p

So far, nothing of today's heats is on YouTube, so that doesn't help either. IAAF's official livestream is geoblocked no matter what I try, so that's also no option.

Do you have a VPN? CBC shows it live for free.

      The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation (UGF) has announced that it will file a formal complaint against Sofiia Ilteriakova. The federation is demanding that Ilteriakova’s results at the Sofia World Cup—where she won silver with the hoop—be annulled due to unsportsmanlike conduct. Additionally, the UGF is requesting that Ilteriakova’s neutral athlete status be revoked.
