Doping Cases and Bans in 2022

Recommended Posts

Dutch sprinter Solomon Bockarie, who surprisingly is apparently still active, tested positive for GHRP-2 (growth hormone) in the beginning of July. He is saying it's because of contaminated chicken meat. Luckily, he apparently still has some of the chicken meat left...two months later.

Other than the possible smell of rotting chicken meat, that reeks like an easy matter of preparing an excuse :d

1. Buy chicken meat and doping

2. Infuse the meat and yourself with doping

3. Freeze the meat, train like a madman with your newfound doping power

4. Get caught

5. Explain it by saying "it was the chicken!" and showing your old but doping infused piece of chicken meat

6. Not guilty

:cheer:

.

Another Nigerian sprinter busted: Commonwealth gold medallist Nwokocha provisionally suspended for doping

Nwokocha is an NCAA athlete coached by the Duane Ross whose son, Randolph Ross, also coached by him, was busted for tampering earlier this year. To make it even more juicy Duane Ross was busted as a part of Balco back in the day.

An immense talent that is definitively a little wayward. In his case I have no problem believing that he was careless rather than malicious.

well, first the switch to Italy didn't pay out well for anybody (himself, but also our team, we expected him to boost our chances in more than one event and he just was good enough for the relay's prelims)...

now this...even if I also think that it's because he basically stopped swimming at the highest level after Tokyo...we've never seen him in Italy after that competition...:mumble:

was born in Japan , was Canadian, olympic/world  medalist and now doped ...cheatersssssss

sorry, but you're wrong once again...he wasn't caught doped...he only missed 3 (or more) tests because most likely he's basically retired from high level swimming...

it's quite different...
