FIG finally updated the World Cup ranking. 

 

the 2nd Vault quota goes to :IRI Olfati , he scored a zero in his last event (landed on his head !!:yikes:) and finished last. needed a miracle to qualify and that happened. first ever quota in this sport. :clap:

Since :FRA qualified in the Rings, their men's host quota should be reallocated to the next best in the 2023 world champs, rigth?

Yes, :UZB picked up that quota.

China finished Chinese Nationals (OG trials stage 1), Women's Qiu Qiyuan, Zhou Yaqin and Men's Zou Jingyuan got first 3 tickets. rest will be decided after internal OG trials stage 2 in June, maybe without live-streaming. Below are their routines.

 

Qiu Qiyuan UB 7.2+8.366=15.566 

 

Zhou Yaqin BB 7.2+8.266=15.466

 

Zou Jingyuan PB 6.9+9.266=16.166

    • This 400IM field is a joke  (besides MSH…)  
    • Marc Marquez with a horror start (saved it nicely though)....turns out it was because right before the start, he took off a tear-off from his visor, threw it away and it ended up under his own bike  
    • That was Friday though, yesterday was better (although a seagull was destroyed by Miller) and today so far has not had any problem at all luckily  
    • And a Dutch record for Nyls Korstanje behind him     
    • WR for  Noe Ponti in the 50m butterfly! 21.67!
