Small NOCs often have no idea how qualification systems work. That's why we always have such articles, like before Rio when Malawi claimed that they suddenly received 2 wild cards for taekwondo (and yet they got 0 at the end...). Besides, this would be incredibly unfair on so many levels. How can can get 2 (!) male skiers, while most of the qualified nations can enter only 1 per gender. And how can get invited, but no and for example...

Some Dutch company apparently has a yearly award for "Best Dressage Rider", decided by a popular vote, and it was quite unknown Russian rider Marina Aframeeva that won the title.
