    Preliminary entries are out for Baborowko CCIO4*-L and Saumur CCIO3*-L. At this point we can only gather the participating nations, and not the actual athletes, but that is enough to guess which nations may contest the Olympic qualifiers. Group C (Baborowko) - Groups F/G (Saumur) - Winner of Group C + Top 2 from Groups F/G will obtain quota places for team eventing.

    Another win for Mexico! This time they defeated USA and Canada at their home event in Coapexpan. This basically eliminates Canada from the Nations Cup Final. Huge blow, as they effectively lose an Olympic qualification opportunity. It will be all or nothing for them at the Pan Ams.

    Austrlia is actually on the way to podium, which would be the first for an Oceanian nation. Only Europe and America have stood on the podium before.
