  1. Yesterday I decided to listen to the new Shawn Mendes song. Then I listened again Then I listened to it one more time And decided to play it again And again And now it's a cover
  2. I'm just going to type down some of the members that have not logged in for a long time, but only from those countries that aren't safe yet: @Il_qar - March 12th @Janakis - March 19th @ruslan - March 18th @Ionoutz24 - March 9th @dimast - March 18th @Nathy - March 21st @Memo - A very long time ago @ArgenisGonzalez - March 13th I don't know why I wasn't able to tag the others, but I guess that these are the votes with the possibility of danger, an exception is Dimast, because two other Russian users are active still.
  3. Honestly, who wouldn't want to finish their career in a season where the World Championships are held in the magical Ostersund. It's a place where the majority of world cup careers has started and a sentimental place to every athlete on the world cup.
  4. @Skijumpingmaster Hey, I was wondering. I've heard that Svendsen is retiring, is it true or just a simple rumour?
  5. So you're basically saying that @dezbee2008 and @Wanderer have not yet voted?
  6. At the end of the day, if only these 10 nations have submitted their votes on time, we'll be just trading points with each other for an hour
  7. Seems that Lithuania skipped this one and probably due to the travel expenses.
  8. Honestly, I would love if we had the technology where we could track the voting processes of nations so that we'd know who to worry about and who is already voting
  9. Finally, the day has come, my votes stopped changing like snakes & ladders throughout my final listens and that was the sign that I needed in order for me to send the votes
  10. I am in desperate need of the confused reaction, I would abuse it to hell
  11. Well, I know that not everyone would agree, but I couldn't have had a better race to finish off this Biathlon season. Kaisa is amazing
  12. Wait a second, should I consider this as a spoiler since the song that you've ranked dead last last time was probably Lithuania?
  13. Honestly, everybody could retire at this point I think Kaukėnas, Strolia and Kočergina are staying, others a complete mystery... I'll update when I know for real, can't speculate on rumours.
  14. Our team has completely given up on life after the Olympics have ended It seems like nobody is trying anymore and I won't be surprised if both our women will be in the 70s out of 77 starters tomorrow.
  15. I think the more important thing is that you barely managed to save your three world cup starting positions. You beat Japan only by 15 points for that one.
  16. So I've decided to do some fun research. Since we have so little starters in the world cup tomorrow, I was wondering, perhaps there's someone out there in the start list that would break their World Cup PB just by finishing the race? Well, actually there's a few: Ajlan Rastic from Serbia, previous best placement in World Cup is 120nd in 14/15 season, so he'll break his PB by a HUGE margin tomorrow if he only finishes Igor Malinovskii from Russia is also breaking his PB tomorrow as his previous best placement was 86th in 16/17 season Finally, Kosuke Ozaki from Japan is breaking his PB tomorrow as his previous best result was 86th in 16/17 season Some people that also have a good chance is Kim Yonggyu (Korea) with previous best 80th, as well as two Latvians - Patrijuks and Slotins with 77th and 71st And there's another 6 athletes that have never been able to sneak into top 40, but that won't be that easy since most of the top dogs are starting tomorrow.
  17. 4th listen, down to 14 songs, still a lot of changes in the ranking have happened throughout this listen and I'm not yet fully satisfied with how things turned out. In any case, any country that actually ends up getting points from me this year, congratu-frikkin-lations, I don't know how you did it
  18. I've heard that Gwizdon and Palka (Guzik, habits die hard) might retire as well or are these just rumours?
  19. Julia Ransom for Team Canada is also retiring from Biathlon. Also, Eurosport commentator mentioned that Tim Burke and Lowell Bailey are retiring as well.
  20. Ah, even the Eurosport commentator knows that Slovenia and Slovakia is the same country
  21. There's a video on IBU TV at Youtube.
  22. Apparently, Julia Ransom is retiring from Biathlon as well and that's a huge blow to Team Canada, as Ransom was becoming better and better with every year and even two Top 10s this season.
  23. I have a Totallympics folder on my computer as I think that I started ranking everything through computer when I had to host, so it's full of excel files and whatnot. When the competition started, I used to mark everything on sheets of paper, sadly, some of them are missing now and with excel I can always analyse my thought process
