    The floor for roller sports cost $500k or so. Toronto 2015 a month before the games had to change the roller skating venue and had to scramble to get a high school track prepared for it. It was probably the worst venue at the games.

    It was extremely close to being dropped (along with roller sports) at Toronto 2015, as the OC was looking ways to cut costs. I'd imagine if it did, there would be no racquetball here as well

    Wow Akeem Stewart is competing here!? He competed at the Parapan American Games in 2015 and won multiple medals iirc!

    All across the board, the swimming times are disappointing.

    I noticed Saint Kitts and Nevis flag there. I wonder if their swimmer in Gwanju was scheduled to be here and withdrew. However, I do not think that is the case, but rather a mistake.

    Fun fact, her dad was my professor in university. He is of Chilean background, and coached Canada's beach volleyball pair to 96 bronze medal.

    Thankfully she won a medal as McMaster, their only other realistic medal shot, had to withdraw.
