  1. Sebastian Vettel tested positive for COVID so Nico Hulkenberg will replace him in the Bahrain GP this weekend.
  2. Mowinckel wins the Super G ahead of Shiffrin who wins the overall World Cup even before the two technical races.
  3. For statistical purpose, Halep won 61 64
  4. Shiffrin winning the DH is a mild surprise and gives her a big boost in the overall.
  5. And still no Johannes Dale? Talk about burning out fast
  6. Sadly WA aka IAAF treated the field events like a pariah for years. They finally found an official excuse to disregard those events even more now.
  7. Russia & Belarus have been defaulted from BJK aka Fed Cup matches so Australia & Belgium qualify for the finals (the former replaces Russia which had a direct entry as defending champion). This also means the scheduled Australia vs Slovakia tie won't be played and Slovakia has qualified to the finals too @hckošice
  8. First WTA match between two best Romanian players of the last decade since 2010! If Cirstea wins she will actually jump Halep in the rankings?
  9. Alexander Pointner was quoted as telling the German media that he was in contact with Polish federation over a head coaching job. So it's basically official we are looking for a new coach and Michal Dolezal will be fired. Meanwhile the Slovenian women's HC Zoran Zupancic is leaving his post so that ought to suggest he might be in line for a better job.
  10. Marius Lindvik is the sky flying World Champion. Timi Zajc moves into silver after Stefan Kraft had a poor last jump.
  11. Lena Duerr blows another 1st run lead. Liensberger wins.
  12. She DNS in the slalom today. Meanwhile Joan Verdu will get a Top 20 finish in Kranjska Gora GS.
  13. And that was the last time we saw Magdalena Gwizdon in World Cup Here are the results from her first ever WC start in December 1995: https://www.biathlon.com.ua/en/results/id-2646-ostersund-1995-1996-sprint-7.5-km-zhenshtini Today's winner Julia Simon wasn't even born yet when Gwizdon made her debut.
  14. Knotten down in 3rd. She lost 24 seconds to Simon on the last lap.
  15. Knotten 10/10 and 11 secs ahead of Simon after the second shoot but I don't see her keeping that advantage.
  16. Simon beats Voigt by 11 seconds in the end. That should be the win.
  17. Julia Simon 9/10 and she has to hassle to secure the win but still probable.
  18. The shooting in women's sprint is way worse than men's
  19. CBA has been approved. Season will start on April 7th. https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-mlbpa-agree-to-cba
  20. PSG found a new way to blow a commanding lead again

He claims he's feeling weak after the jab and decided to miss the IWC and end his career right there.
  22. Otepaa always has a hilly course but the range has an easier descent which led to many clear shoots.
  23. I actually watched this thing back in Albertville. I think it was called "artistic skiing" back then. I haven't heard of that sport pretty much since. Adding aerials to the official programme over this one was the right choice IMO.
