  1. Koalas can sleep up to 18 hours a day. Sound like me in my teens.
  2. Fun fact: A dolphin eats about 15 kilos of fish a day. Not really a fun fact, more just a fact when I think about it.
  3. I don't hope the 6-th of April has been a "turtle" disaster for OlympicIRL.
  4. Also the helmets are different. A small, but nice detail.
  5. I sense a midlife crises is coming. At least you have not bought a Ferrari or Lamborghini, right?

  9. Therese Johaug has signed a 5-year sponsorship deal with Blivakker, one of Norway’s biggest make-up shops. Blivakker, who is part of Brandsdal Group AS, writes in a press release: “We are proud that one of Norway’s biggest sports star wants to join Brandsdal Group. We see Therese Johaug as a good model to promote our products for Blivakker. We will soon launch a new product line of lipsticks at Blivakker and we hope that Johaug’s name will add an extra commercial awareness to our new product line – says CMO of Brandsdal Group AS, Nina Gjorum.” Full press release with comments from Johaug: https://www.brandsdalgroup.com/press-release
  10. My 2018 was a pretty bad training year for me. My plan was to begin at athletics again after a 2 years break, but my studies took too much of my time. In November 2018, I decided to begin powerlifting in my local gym. I have followed my protocol strickly, and in the end of April, I'm going to attempt new PRs in Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. I hope I will make them. The plan for the Summer is to finally begin at athletics again in the local club. I will see if I can improve my former PRs in High Jump, Long Jump and Triple Jump. Other than powerlifting, I just do some few kilometres on the treadmill. I hate running, so it is a nightmare. In the winter, I hope to play a team sport again. I have played floorball and volleyball for many years, so it will likely be one of those. Basketball has also lurk my interest, so that could also be an option. At least 2019 has started much better training wise than 2018 and it will hopefully continue like that. Training goals for 2019: - Improve my PRs in powerlifting - Begin to athletics - Play a team sport
  11. I always read it as Hentai, instead of Hantei. The internet doesn't always have the best effect on one's thinking.
